While these 5 delicious New Year’s Eve Cocktails are perfect for all of the New Year celebrations, they’re actually great all year round for any occasion. As a cocktail enthusiast and home bartender I like to celebrate the holidays with spirited craft cocktails that show off my creativity and appreciation for the moment. The spirits featured in this round up range from vodka, gin, bourbon, and tequila adding some variety to your champagne and mimosas. These cocktails will also inspire you to lean into your creativity as each drink is so unique. Enjoy, friends!

1. Elderflower Gin Fizz

If you enjoy Gin then this cocktail will most definitely become one of your favorites. The aromatic botanicals and sweet elderflower liqueur are the perfect match for this light yet bold social cocktail. It finishes with a crisp Prosecco that completely transforms this drink. I like to garnish with a single sprig of rosemary or lemon peel. This would be the perfect cocktail to help ring in the new year.

2. Virgin Sangria

Sangria is such a tasty and refreshing drink to sip on in social settings, dinner, and even on those cozy quiet nights. I love it so much, I decided to make a virgin sangria so that everyone can enjoy it without the alcohol. The base of this sangria is chai tea and the flavors continue to build with pomegranate & cranberry juice, simple syrup, lime juice, fresh fruits, and sparkling cider. So delicious!

3. Maple Whiskey Sour

This one is for the bourbon lovers (raises hand) who love a good whiskey sour. Here’s another fun cocktail that is always better with friends. For this cocktail we are using bourbon and shaking it with pure maple syrup, a little lemon juice, and egg white to form that silky foam. This cocktail with some bacon and waffles is a dream!

4. Grapefruit Mimosa

Of course we cannot have a New Year’s brunch without a good mimosa. This grapefruit mimosa flaunts a gorgeous orange coral color and is made with a grapefruit simple syrup, tequila, and cava. You serve this at brunch and at a fun night in. Your guest will appreciate the beauty and flavors in this elevated mimosa.
