Strawberry Negroni


  • 24 fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Gin
  • Ice


  1. Muddle the strawberries until the syrupy liquid forms. Add 2-4 tsp to a mixing glass then add in the sweet vermouth, Campari, and gin. Add in the ice and mix well until the glass is chilled. Once it’s chilled, pour the negroni into an old-fashioned or coupe glass over ice. Garnish with one single strawberry slice.
