I love a Negroni cocktail and this Strawberry Negroni is a treat. The strawberry plays very well with the herbaceous botanicals of the gin and adds a layer of flavor that you didn’t know you needed. The cocktail is great to mix up for friends for brunch, lunch, and dinner. It’s a gorgeous cocktail that I’m sure every gin lover will enjoy!
How to Make a Strawberry Negroni
Step 1
Muddle the strawberries and sugar together until a syrupy mixture starts to form. Add 2 teaspoons of the syrup to a mixing glass then add in the sweet vermouth, Campari, gin, and ice. Mix well until the glass is chilled and you have reached your desired level of dilution.
Step 2
Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned or coupe glass over ice. Garnish with one single strawberry slice.
