In a large skillet make your brown butter by melting the butter on medium high heat until the butter smells nutty and has a brown color, stirring occasionally. Pour the brown butter in a heat proof bowl and set aside.
Add the oil to the skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper. Cook the shrimp in batches, if needed.
While the shrimp is cooking make the sauce by adding the honey, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to the brown butter and mix well. Once the shrimp is cooked pour the sauce over the shrimp, toss the shrimp in the sauce, then reduce the heat to low heat as the sauce reduces and thickens. Remove from skillet from heat and serve immediately.
