Pineapple Infused Vodka, made using your favorite vodka and fresh pineapple

750 ml Vodka (I used Titos)
1 whole pineapple, sliced or cubbed
Glass bottle or jar
Cheesecloth
Instructions
- Cube or slice a fresh pineapple into small pieces. Discard the skin and core or save them for another project.
- Add the pineapple to the glass container then pour the vodka over the pineapple. Seal the container then give it a good shake. Let it sit in a warm dry place for 2 weeks. Shake it every 2-3 days and start to taste it as well.
- When the infusion is complete, strain the vodka into a large bowl using a large fine-mesh strainer.
- Balance the flavor by placing the infused pineapples in cheesecloth and squeezing any excess vodka into the bowl with the strained vodka. Discard the pineapples.
- Store the Pineapple infused vodka in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
