Pineapple Infused Vodka, made using your favorite vodka and fresh pineapple

Units Scale

750 ml Vodka (I used Titos)

1 whole pineapple, sliced or cubbed

Glass bottle or jar

  1. Cube or slice a fresh pineapple into small pieces. Discard the skin and core or save them for another project.
  2. Add the pineapple to the glass container then pour the vodka over the pineapple. Seal the container then give it a good shake. Let it sit in a warm dry place for 2 weeks. Shake it every 2-3 days and start to taste it as well.
  3. When the infusion is complete, strain the vodka into a large bowl using a large fine-mesh strainer.
  4. Balance the flavor by placing the infused pineapples in cheesecloth and squeezing any excess vodka into the bowl with the strained vodka. Discard the pineapples.
  5. Store the Pineapple infused vodka in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
