Description

The Painkiller cocktail is a tropical cocktail made with orange juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, aged rum, and fresh nutmeg. It’s like a vacation in a glass. Perfect for summer sipping, fall entertaining, and fun hosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 2 oz Pusser’s Rum (or an aged or golden rum)
  • Ice
  • Freshly grated Nutmeg
  • Pineapple wedge, garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 4-6 seconds.
  2. Pour everything into a hurricane or highball glass and add more crushed ice.
  3. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
