A delicious Gingerbread syrup recipe to sweeten up you favorite drinks and desserts.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cinnamon sticks


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, then remove it from the heat. Let it cool, then strain through a cheesecloth into a jar or container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
