- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 oz Gingerbread Syrup
- 1 Espresso shot, hot
Instructions
- Place 1 red velvet cookie in a short glass, bowl, or espresso mug. Top with ice cream and pour the chilled gingerbread syrup on top. Serve with the espresso shot on the side then add the warm espresso before enjoying.
