Elderflower Gin Fizz

2.8K

If you enjoy Gin then this cocktail will most definitely become one of your favorites. The aromatic botanicals and sweet elderflower liqueur are the perfect pairing for this light yet bold social cocktail. It finishes with a crisp Prosecco that completely transforms this drink and enhances the flavors. I enjoying making this when I’m entertaining just a few people for brunch or a casual lunch. It’s a great social cocktail where the well balanced flavors usually become a conversation starter.

For this Elderflower Gin Fizz cocktail you will need:

  • A quality gin. I like to use Tanqueray but I encourage you to use your favorite.
  • St. Germain, which is an elderflower liqueur
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Prosecco, chilled

To make it, all you do is:

Add the gin, St.Germain, lemon juice, and 1 cup of ice to a shaker and shake until chilled. Pour the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with chilled Prosecco.
