Crispy and tender potato wedges!
4 Russet potatoes
2 and 1/2 cup frying oil (I used peanut oil)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour, divided
2 and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. If the sauce looks too thick add more olive oil until you reach a smooth creamy consistency.
