Bergamot & Grapefruit Spritz

A refreshing citrus cocktail made with grapefruit juice, Italicus liqueur, Campari, and dry sparkling wine.

  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Italicus Liqueur
  • Ice
  • Cava or Prosecco, chilled
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish


  1. Add the grapefruit juice, Campari, Italicus Liqueur, and ice to a mixing glass, then stir until chilled. Pour the cocktail into a wine glass over lots of ice. Top with chilled Cava or Prosecco and enjoy.
