A refreshing citrus cocktail made with grapefruit juice, Italicus liqueur, Campari, and dry sparkling wine.
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1 oz Italicus Liqueur
- Cava or Prosecco, chilled
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
- Add the grapefruit juice, Campari, Italicus Liqueur, and ice to a mixing glass, then stir until chilled. Pour the cocktail into a wine glass over lots of ice. Top with chilled Cava or Prosecco and enjoy.
